What does Smiley's Mountain Photo do for the environment? 

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle. 

Paper NOT plastic bags are offered with your purchase,
Photo frames are shipped in recycled boxes when possible
Staff are offered a cash bonus for car pooling.
We are trying to elimate waste, and only print photos when they are purchased.

How much does it cost to book a photo session? 
$50 per half hour session,  you can order your photos / digitals / frames you like online with no obligation to purchase. 

Can I hire an action photographer to follow me around the mountain? 
Yes we have photographers that can ski and capture epic front cover shots of you skiing / snowboarding or mountain biking. Booking fee is $100 for one hour. You pay for the photos individually after shoot. 

I forgot to come in, can I see the photos online?
Yes  email us with the details the photographer wrote on the business card: 
Photographer name / Where was it taken / What time / Date / How many people were in the photo.

Do we put all our photos online?
No, we only put action shots and ski races on. Unless you have requested your photos online.

How do I find my photo?
Once we find your photo we will put it under "view my pictures" on our website. Select the ski resort  (Sun valley  or  Snowbird) Where you can view and purchase with a credit card / pay pal.

How long do we keep the photos? 
We keep all the photos forever!! We have never "lost" a photo. But if you can't find them on the website

Does it cost to have a photo taken at the top of the mountain?
If you see one of our photographers in yellow, have your photo taken with no obligation to purchase.

Do we sell frames? 
Yes we have a wide variety of frames and sizes, 5 x 7 inch up to 24 x 36 inch Recycled Barnwood Frames with offical resort silver pins are the most popular.  click Link for more info

Do we sell Gift Certificates?
Yes we do, call into any of our stores. Or contact us via email for your downloadable Gift Certificate.

What other services do you offer?
With 8 talented photographers on our team at Sun Valley and Snowbird, chances are we can cater for any of your photo or video needs.  We specialize in family portraits, engagements, and action sports photography on the mountain during the winter months. 

During the summer months we offer family portraits in scenic locations. 

How much does an action video cost? 
Video packages start at $250 We will meet you at the top of the mountain and ski down with you. Capturing all the spills and thrills. Video will be edited down to 3-5 minutes. More extensive coverage is reccomended to tell the full story. Click link for more info

What is the biggest size you can print?
Our Images are high quality and some of our clients have printed wall art 6 feet wide. Usually enlargements are not a problem.

Do we sell trail map posters of the mountain?
Yes we have 24 x 36 Trail Maps of Snowbird. So you can put a name to all those epic runs during apres ski. The posters are $35 and are used by ski patrol during their meetings. You'll find lots of "secret runs" and details. You can order from the website: just select any photo from view my pictures /  click "order this image" and look for the option in the drop down menu.
